fix
Correct prices for cards with several printings
On cards sold in more than one foil-type printing (1st Edition and Unlimited, Holofoil and Reverse Holofoil, Rainbow and Cold Foil), one printing could show another printing's market price and a matching price change. Current prices, 7d/30d changes and price history for those cards have been corrected against TCGPlayer's per-printing data. Where a per-printing lowest listing isn't available, low_price and lowest_with_shipping are now null rather than a value blended across printings.
infra
New sets appear within a day of release
The catalog sync now runs a daily pass over recently released sets instead of waiting for the weekly full sweep, so launch-day products show up within about a day rather than up to a week later.
fix
Search returns JSON on error, and tolerates bad pagination
GET /v1/search now returns a JSON error body rather than a bare failure, and non-numeric page or per_page values fall back to defaults instead of erroring. Clients that pass through user input no longer need to sanitise pagination first.
feature
Search matches card numbers as well as names
GET /v1/search now matches on collector number — a query like OP01-060 finds the card directly, without needing the card name. Useful for One Piece, Digimon and any game where players refer to cards by number.
feature
Per-condition pricing (NM, LP, MP, HP, Damaged)
GET /v1/cards/:id/prices/conditions and GET /v1/bulk/conditions now return condition-level price floors per printing — lowest listing, shipping-inclusive floor, and a junk-resistant median — from live TCGPlayer listings, continuously refreshed across all 57 games. Pro and Business plans (also available via x402 pay-per-request).
coverage
Riftbound (League of Legends TCG) moved to daily refresh
Added Riftbound to the Tier 1 daily refresh group alongside Pokemon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Lorcana, Flesh and Blood, and One Piece.
feature
Bulk resolve endpoints
POST /v1/bulk/resolve/tcgplayer and /v1/bulk/resolve/name now available on Starter+ plans. Batch up to 1,000 IDs or names at a time; confidence-scored matching on name lookup.
fix
Sealed products return correct printing
Fixed an issue where sealed products returned 'Normal' printing instead of 'Sealed'. Affects /v1/cards/{id} for sealed items across all games.
featurecoverage
Price history now covers all $1+ cards
Expanded price history from the top-movers set to every card with a market price of $1 or more. History starts from March 2025 and grows weekly.
